Meet Coco
I am a Real Estate Agent with Atlantic Sotheby's International Realty in Hampton Roads, VA. My mission in real estate is to offer a concierge approach and a memorable experience to my clients.
Born and raised in Hampton Roads and in the industry for most of my life, I provide my clients with deep insight into both the market and the area. When I am working with buyers and sellers, I make sure to take the time to fully educate them about every step of their process.
Buying or selling a home is a huge decision, so I think it is of the utmost importance to make sure that my clients are comfortable with their understanding of every detail. I fully devote myself to delivering the best possible experience through the process.
Working with me will always be pressure-free and, hopefully, a lot of fun! In addition to helping buyers and sellers, I am a Property Manager for landlords looking to rent out their real estate. As with all of my clients, I strive to put quality of experience first for landlords and renters. Using the systems I have in place and my tireless efforts, I make the rental process easy and approachable for everyone involved.
Outside of real estate and property management, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends at music festivals, camping, and enjoying the beautiful area that we get to call home. I’m a dog person, for sure, and I often foster rescues that need some love and care.
